As a Muslim fan of GL, thank you for your positive and even-handed review of the GL zero issue. When many regular Muslims watch mainstream American news (e.g. FOX news) and read the comments on many internet forums, the impression we get is most Americans hate muslims. I for one can understand the raw feeling, after all the 911 terrorists "claimed" to be Muslim. But people like you (regular guys) restore my faith in Americans, you understand that not all Muslims are crazy, (there are over 1 billion muslims in the world, can you imagine if we were all crazy!!). The first page in GL 0 showed the true feeling of most Muslims. I can honestly say Muslims were just as horrified. Muslims know through bitter experience better than anyone that terrorists are scum. I'm really looking forward to seeing Simon Baz's story unfold, but first and foremost as a human and as a Green Lantern, that he happens to be a Muslim just makes it more interesting for me personally.
