Raging Bullets Green Lantern Podcast

This past weekend I sat down with Sean Whelan and Jim Segulin from the Raging Bullets Podcast to talk about the Green Lantern movie, Green Lantern: Emerald Knights and Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters.  We had some great conversation as always and I will be joining them again in a couple of weeks to talk about the conclusion to the War of the Green Lanterns.

Raging Bullets is available from iTunes or can be downloaded from their website.

Green Lantern / Flashpoint Chat on the Raging Bullets Podcast

The Raging Bullets podcast is getting ready to celebrate their fifth year this weekend at the big C2E2 convention in Chicago.  The weekend co-hosts Sean Whelan and Jim Segulin recorded their 247th show and I called in to wish them a happy fifth anniversay - so of course we spent the next hour talking about the War of the Green Lanterns, the relationships between Hal Jordan, Batman, Superman and the Flash as well as the upcoming Flashpoint event.  If you're currently subscribing to their show, you can listen to it here or download it directly here.  The Raging Bullets podcast can also be found on iTunes, the Zune marketplace or a podcast catcher near you.

Green Lantern Talk and More on the Raging Bullets Podcast

Earlier this week I spent a few hours with good friends Sean Whelan and Jim Segulin on the premiere DC Comics podcast, Raging Bullets.  I've been honored to continue to be their special guest when the subject of Green Lantern comes up and we had a great time talking about the most recent issues of the Green Lantern family of books as well as other recent events in the pages of DC Comics.  Topics for this episode include:

If you're a regular Raging Bullets listener, here is a link to this specific episode.  As always the discussions goes in depth into the issues and zaniness always ensues!

Raging Bullets Scopes in on Green Lantern

As always it's an honor to take part in the Raging Bullets podcast, what I consider to be the finest DC centric discussion show on the Internet.  Last week I sat down with hosts Sean Whelan and Jim Segulin as they set their sites on the Green Lantern franchise and spent a couple of hours talking about the recent events of Brightest Day, Emerald Warriors issue 4, and Green Lantern 58.  We of course got off on a number of tangents and had a great time sharing our passion for the state of the Green Lantern corner of the DC universe.

We are planning on getting together again soon to talk about Green Lantern Corps and I'm sure the conversation will move on to the movie trailer as well.  If you're not already listening to their show, this episode can be found here

GL Chat on Raging Bullets Podcast

Last week I was honored with the chance to chat about Green Lantern on the Raging Bullets podcast, hosted by Sean Whelan and Jim "Sensei of the Whatnot" Segulin, for a couple of hours. I was fortunate enough to have spent some time with the guys during Blackest Night for a few episodes and they were kind enough to ask me back for more now that the universe has survived Nekron's attacks.  In this episode we talk about Green Lantern issue 56 and Green Lantern Corps issue 50.  We shared some speculation about the identity of the mysterious being capturing all the entities and what that person's motivations might be.

Blackest Night Podcast

It was once again a great pleasure to be a part of the Raging Bullets podcast, joining hosts Sean Whelan and Jim Segulin in the last part of their Blackest Night coverage.

Sean and Jim are great ambassadors for the comics medium and if you don't already listen to their show, I highly recommend you give them a shot.  Raging Bullets goes very in depth into their discussions and they are always a lot of fun to listen to.  If you're not careful you'll find yourself getting sucked into buying more books that you already do, because you can't help but get caught up in their enthusiasm for the subject matter.  And that's I mean by being a comic ambassador - they always let you know what they found great in the books they are covering and spend more time talking about what they like than complaining about what they don't, which is refreshing giving all the negativity prevalent on the Internet from fans.

Their Blackest Night wrapup, their 202nd episode, was released last night and can be downloaded directly by clicking here, or you can visit their website to get it as well as subcribing to the show via your favorite podcast catcher.  I'll be joining Sean and Jim periodically as they start their coverage of Brightest Day and I'm looking forward to being a part of their show, and you can find them at most major conventions at a booth where you can meet them in person.

Blackest Night #4 Raging Bullets Episode

Sean Whalen and Jim Segulin are the co-hosts of the Raging Bullets podcast, a podcast devoted to the DC Comics universe.  I've been listening to their show for a couple of years now and I love their positive attitude approach to talking about comics in addition to how in-depth they get into the stories - quite often I find myself picking up books after they get me interested in them.  The Raging Bullets podcast is one of the reasons I started this website, so I was extremely honored when they asked me to join them for their most recent episode focusing on Blacked Night #4 and Blackest Night Titans #3 with a bit of discussion about Green Lantern Corps #42

I had a great time sharing my love of the Green Lantern universe and we ended up talking for several hours.  I'll be joining them again next week as we continue our discussion and talk about Green Lantern #47 and some of the single issues of various books under the Blackest Night banner.  If you don't already listen to their show, I highly recommend it.  You can subscribe to Raging Bullets via iTunes or their show's RSS feed using your podcast catcher of choice. You can also listen to Raging Bullets on Get Ur Geek On Radio at their website or by clicking on the widget on the right.

I'll be joining Sean and Jim as Blackest Night continues over the next few months and I'm looking forward to the discussion.
