Diamond Select Toys has released its first wave of DC Comics Vinimates figures, their four inch chunky vinyl figure line.  The first wave included a Green Lantern Hal Jordan figure as well as a Walgreens exclusive Black Lantern Hal Jordan as part of Diamond Selects’ “Blackest Night” series.  The manufacturer will be taking time out before releasing wave two to release a wave of Vinimates highlighting the movie version of the Justice League, but when wave two does see release it will feature the second figure in the “Blackest Night” series, a Black Lantern Batman.
