Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps writer Robert Venditti confirmed on social media today that issue fifty will be his last on the title.  I was just thinking recently that with a landmark fiftieth issue coming soon and his new assignment on a Hawkman series might be signaling a departure.  Best of luck to Rob and will see where this takes the franchise in the weeks to come.
