After some speculation and news that Warner Brothers were eyeing actor Jeremy Irvine for the upcoming HBO Max Green Lanterns series, the actor confirmed on social media that he has secured the role of Alan Scott. Irvine joins Finn Wittrock who was cast as Guy Gardner for the show.

The series will bounce around through different time periods with Irvine playing a young closeted gay man in the 1940s.  More on the series as it develops.
